Oh what a night!
Saturday in the day was boring.Surfed net and trimmed my eyebrows.Marc came over in the evening after watching the Motorshow.I was supposed to go with my dad!!!But my mum was tired.So cancelled till further notice.We went to catch a Midnight movie with his usual gang and thier gfs.This was the first time in many months that we met up.Ever since Danny left for Australia for his attachment.He is now back in Singapore.We contemplated what to watch.Took quite a long while to decide.Ended up with THE INCREDIBLES. i agreed although my mind was thinking,"what?!?watch cartoon?!I am not a very big fan of watching superhero save the day!I would rather watch Disney Channel."But yeah,go with the flow,so just shuddup and watch.We bought the tix @ bout 10pm.There was still quite a bit of time to kill.We went to Macdonalds at the 1st floor.And there was DEAR ZEN!He was with his ex-colleagues.They were leaving as we arrived.How timely!It feels great to meet a friend!We chatted for awhile and he gave me this balloon and said "Merry X'mas!" How looney!We sat there and slack,stone,rot for an hr plus.The movie was at 11.30pm.I didn't order anything as Mac cos i wanted to save the space in my stomach for movie muching time ;P We went back up to the Lido theatre at bout 11.20 pm.And then.I saw Neil.and Ben.a group of them.Gee.My mind kinda went blank.I informed Marc bout who we saw.He was not very happy.Of course,its understandable.Any person in his/her right mind would also feel like him.I didn't expect to see them!!Though i know they hang out in town often,we seldom cross each other's paths.But they didn't seem to notice me.How lucky.They went into a theatre.Then i asked my gang,WHERE is theatre 1(the one we were supposed to go) ?They pointed to the one that Neil went in.Wow.My doubts were confirmed.Then i was thinking,"Don't tell me.....we so zhun sit same row with them".Then i scanned through the rows as we walked to our seats."Nope,no sign of them"UNTIL.We reached out seats.As we had 10 ppl or more,it was quite impossible to get tix for the whole row.So we had to spilt into 2 groups.The rest who were in front of us took the rows above.And i was the first to be standing beside the other row we were supposed to fill.There he was.Sitting there. I couldn't possibly move in and be the one sitting so close to him.I flustered.Real bad.It was an AWKWARD situation.Too sticky to handle.I let the other guys go in first.So i would be the furthest from him.The theatre was so cold and i didn't bring jacket.Worse still,I wore a mini and regretting not heediig Marc's advice to wear jeans.:( This theatre was EXCEPTIONALLY freezing.Halfway throug the show,i was thinking,"Now only halfway through,i alraeady feel like dying in the cold.How to last throug the show tolerating?"When the show ended,the whole group of us were saying we were so damn cold.Even the guy who was wearing long sleeves and a jacket was not spared from going BRR.I saw two of the guys put their heads together cos of the coldness.I stared and chuckled to myself.Cos it was like quite a gay act coming from 2 guys who had been through NS (aren't they suppose to come out strong & tough?)and were from a Co-ed School somemore!Okie,as i was saying,when the show ended,we stood outside the theatre trying to cool off.Marc & Danny went to the toilet.Neil's group was also outside.Ben & friend went to the toilet.NOW.As Ben walks back,i looked at him straight in the eye,but he didn't say a word of hi nor wadsoever.His face was expressionless.He looked back at me.Perhaps he doesn't recognise me after all,i've changed quite a lot ever since the last time we met black hair,short fringe,blah).Maybe cos he is Neil's "brother",so gotta side him and action not know me-_- Anyway,I saw Neil hugging this black long hair girl outside the theatre.I suspect its his gf.So much bout "Can't get over Claire and ooh,i'm so tired" sorta crap.She's rather petite.Oh!She wears shorter minis than me.To think i could hardly sit down in my mini w/o having to use something to cover.lol.We went to Newton thereafter.But only Desmond had his supper.The rest of us just bought drinks.Desmond followed Marc's car to my house.Cos they wanted to play Outrun after sending me home.-_-" Then on the way back,got car challenge Desmond's Audi.Then we also joined in.Very fun.I love racing.It was the first time i experience it.It was soo exciting.SWEET!The speeding part was shiok arh!The windows were down and the wind was blowing through my hair.It was such a great feeling.Imagine you're the driver.It would be MORE exciting cos you're personally involved!But we stopped racing as we approached the highway.Tsk tsk.All those scheming lil speed cams.But Marc said it was no gd to race larh.If want,go Sepang.But for me,this kind of dangerous cheap thrill is enough.My parents would probably not approve of those race tracks.Nevertheless, its my virgin experience with racing.Haha.Oh what a night!!!!
